Jane Groveman, a native New Yorker, offers her clients more than twenty years of experience working in the New York City real estate market. She has been the managing agent of dozens of buildings/co-ops over the past two decades, has represented both Buyers and Sellers as a licensed real estate broker, and is a registered mortgage broker in New York.

As a real estate broker, Jane has actively overseen and facilitated every detail of scores of transactions, representing both Buyers and Sellers of co-ops, condos, and commercial space. Jane's deal-making skills and extensive experience create an environment that ensures the completion of the transaction to the benefit of all parties involved.

Jane's financial background gives her an edge when reviewing a potential Buyer's Board Package where detailed financial information must be presented clearly and concisely for Board Members' review. Jane prides herself on her slavish attention to detail to insure a smooth transfer between Buyer and Seller.

Barbara enjoys working with both Buyers and Sellers and approaches her work with enthusiasm, focus and attention to detail.

When working with Buyers, Barbara listens closely to her Buyers’ needs and hunts for their perfect home. Searching for properties and poring over floor plans is her pleasure and she works diligently from the beginning of the search process through the closing. She enjoys the challenge of finding just the right home at just the right price.

When working with Sellers, Barbara’s goal is to bring the deal to conclusion efficiently and to the satisfaction of all parties concerned. She respects the schedule and timeframe of the Seller and schedules open houses and showings to everyone’s convenience. She enjoys the interaction with potential buyers, other real estate professionals, lawyers, mortgage brokers and managing agents.

Barbara is actively involved with her children’s school, NEST+m, and is currently a Class Parent. She has held many positions on the Executive Board of PS 11’s PTA, including co-President of the PTA.
